The man works there didn't change gloves when using phone, computer and money machine that customer use this machine and with that dirty gloves started to wrap sandwich and when I asked nicely to change gloves he answered so rude and said he couldn't change.

Very small portions. The food is good but way too expensive for what you get. It used to be great before Covid-19. Not coming back.

Chicken shawarmas are amazing and I love how you can customize your toppings. Very clean environment and friendly staff. We're frequent customers and would definitely recommend this place to everyone else in the mood for some shawarma with a freshly made laffa wrap!

Food is great, but my god, the customer service is deplorable. Order to pick up and you still wait here over 30 minutes. And then they argue! He tried to bring up my phone call history to prove to me enough time hasn't passed! Shawarma places are a dime a dozen. Don't waste your time here.

Not one customer in the store and the manager is standing at cashier looking down at his IPad, doesn’t acknowledge me waiting 5 minutes already and when I ask for assistance he says “I’m busy”..This Place is a joke. SABABA is MUCH better service & food! Just one minute away from this Mevame!

So many places serve similar food but this one is better. That's right Me Va Me Express is one of the very best places to get quality shawarma in the city. Me Va Me also offers amazing party platters full of delicious dips of your choosing. The charcoal stone oven used to make the pita a d lafa is part of what makes this place so special. They have a clean and well run restaurant at Me Va Me and have been doing it for years.check it out because it's worth it!

Food is good but there is a need to improve their customer care. I kept going there regardless the poor customer service but now I made decision of not returning any more. A few employees seem to be annoyed when you ask questions. The tone of rudeness is apparent. In addition to the previous experience, today they put me on hold and forgot about it. I was on hold for too long and decided to hang up.

This is the best place to enjoy delicious food. Highly recommended

Wonderfully prepared Middle Eastern food. Pleasant staff.

Used to come here before COVID a lot and enjoyed it. I was expecting those preparing and topping the pitas to be wearing masks but that wasn’t the case. One had it around the neck, another with a short visor and the manager had none. Wasn’t stuffed per usual either and wasn’t very warm. Seems like new staff. What we did get was fairly tasty and if you can overlook the above issues, you’ll have a good meal. Definitely recommend putting it in the oven for 20 mins to hopefully remove any virus.

Used to enjoy taking out food from here, now I'm disgusted by it. Ordered the beef kabob dinner on 28 May, and I'm still paying for it today, June 1. If you're short staffed due to the pandemic, then close the God forsaken place down, dont lower food safety standards at the customers expense.

The food here is really good and tasty. Their bread is unique compared to typical shawarma restaurants. Staff are very friendly, however they are really slow and nearly always busy. Tasty food does require patience.

Kept calling to order and they keep putting me on hold. Time to get Uber eats or skip the dishes does not seem like they can manage their own deliveries

Terrible customer service. The lady was very rude over the phone. Quite disappointing considering the service at the Rutherford location is much friendlier.

Awful customer service. Did not greet when I walked in. Just stared at me before I ordered. No thank you. Literally tossed the food on the counter. They really need to train their employee so they have basic manners at least. As much as I love Me Va Me, will go to another location but not this one.

Ordered shwarma in laffa which was not cut in front of me, it was taken out from a dish. French fries were cold and obviously made much earlier. The dark meat chicken kebab was dry. It's not a cheat place to go to and we all have certain expectations.

It simply means it's not a full blown restaurant as the mother locations. Best to order over the phone in advance. Also try to reduce the tahini as it is very liquid and will end up on you instead of in you. Business Advice: need to speed up your service. Need to smile. The customer treatment with all the customers who walked in was too dry and transactional. Your food is good, improving the other aspects will improve your business.

This shwarma place has been here for a long while and providing high quality shwarma. However, I’ve noticed over the years the price has gone up and the quantity/size of shawarma has gone down. Given how much they charge, theere should be more meat in there. I also found the chicken to be very dry and slightly cold. My rating is only based on the food and not based on the fact that social distancing and masks were not in use by staff and some customers inside the store.

They have good kebabs and sides. Order ahead because it takes time for them to cook the food.

Amazing and quick service. This place is like subway, you quickly pick out the food you want and buy it. This place has basically all the options as on the menu in the actual me va me. The bathrooms are pretty big and it's clean here overall. There is also a tv here, so this a pretty nice place to quickly pick up food tasting food!

I have been going to this Meva Me for atleast 4 years and never have i ever been disappointed. Customer Service is top notch and they always make their food well done. However, today i ordered 3 wraps for takeout for the family to enjoy and the Falafel was not properly cooked. I could literally taste the dough....not happy.

Make sure when you order a takeout you go up and remind them as often and much as possible. They don’t ask you first if you wait patiently.

They serve shawarma that is second to none. The bread is made fresh in house and the portions are generous. It's worth every dollar.

Some of the most delicious food in Toronto. I usually get Lafa Schnitzel and every time the wrap is so fresh and tasty! The food is way better here than in a lot of the expensive restaurants.

Food is bland, which is surprising considering it's a middle eastern restaurant. Food is overpriced. I didn't get any sauces with my take out despite every other joint giving hummus, tahini and other various sauces. The only good thing going for it is the ingredients seem fresh.

Used to be great but it’s gotten worse in every possible way. Quality of food and quantity has been reduced. Good hygiene has been reduced, unsanitary. Portions reduced. Prices increased. I threw out half of the food.

I was very disappointed with me va me . They charged me double for delivery. When I call them today they said it would be $6 . When I got the bill I did not check it right away and when I did they added another $4.50 on. It is not about the money it is the principle. When I spoke to them about it they said they had a new girl and she made a mistake. They did not apologizes to me so I told them they have lost a customer. They did not care. A time like this they could at least say sorry. I felt he was very rude

Rude service. Why? Maybe time to close up and change hands? Not friendly at all. Don’t recommend. Definitely go elsewhere. Sad.

Chicken schnitzel laffa was delicious. Have patience because it's made fresh. Fresh bread, fresh meat and fresh toppings, how can you go wrong. Busy location but staff is friendly and fast. Will definitely go back.

Best shawarmas. Unfortunately, they are now charging for eggplant 🍆 and the yummy condiments on the other side of the counter. I would come and always get my laffa. Why did you change?!? Pay up your extra $1 for yummy sauces/ condiments. 😐🤦🏽‍♂️

Horrible - don't get near it.Ordered falafel, hummus and french fries.Upon calling them - somebody answers, says "wait!" and then they put you on hold without further ado. I have found myself waiting for 12 minutes - just to place an order.Falafel was one of the worst ever. Dense, greasy, dull taste - as if it has been prepared several days ago. French fries were tasteless - it is a real mystery to me how someone can ruin even the simplest thing. Hummus was OK.EXTREMELY pricey for what you get - both in terms of amount and quality.Gave them 1 star - just because you I couldn't submit without it. They deserve ZERO.Will never return.
